Calculate the price for the same number of user mailboxes over twelve months. Distinguish a monthly payment from an annual commitment expressed as a monthly equivalent. Ask about renewals, minimum seats, storage add-ons, migration fees, and applicable tax before approving a purchase.
Synk's published launch ladder is proposed: ₹59, ₹99, and ₹199 per mailbox per month with annual billing, or ₹79, ₹129, and ₹249 on monthly billing. Make the India requirements precise
Made in India describes where a product is developed. Indian ownership, India-based support, and Indian hosting are different facts. Data residency is more specific still: it can involve primary storage, backups, logs, support access, and third-party processing.
If any of these are mandatory, write the exact requirement and request evidence or contractual confirmation. Synk describes itself as developed in India; it does not use that statement to promise Indian data residency, a certification, or an uptime SLA.
Test the move and the way out
Ask how domain verification, user setup, message migration, and support access work. Test the real mail journey with a small agreed scope, including delivery, replies, and important attachments. Confirm the current limits rather than relying on a roadmap item.
Keep control of your domain registration and know how required messages can be retained or exported if you change service later. Synk is currently a controlled pilot with a 2 GiB mailbox quota cap; automated import tools and proposed larger storage tiers are not active purchase features. A provider that fits today should also have an agreed path for your next operational need.
