Several domains. One place to manage them.

Your main business. Your next brand. One workspace.

Manage example.in and example.com using the same owner or admin login. Verify each domain, set up its mailboxes, and keep its DNS health in view.

  • Add multiple domains to your own workspace
  • Verify ownership and mail records for each domain
  • Keep mailbox access tied to the right people

Members are restricted to their own mailbox. Owners and admins have organization-wide mail access under the current roles. Adding a domain does not automatically link its addresses.

One connected mail workspace

A focused inbox, with the operations behind it in view.

Everyday email stays familiar. Domain, mailbox, and delivery controls are close when your team needs them.

Mail that feels familiar

Send, receive, search, reply, star, archive, and keep conversations organized without operational noise.

Bring your business domains

Synk generates the ownership, MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records each added domain needs.

Manage every mailbox

Create users, set roles and quotas, suspend access, and reset passwords with the right authority.

Protect content by default

Platform mail trace stays metadata-first. Content access needs a specific reason, restricted authority, and an audit record.

Trace metadataReason and authorityRecorded access
Synk courier cat with a five-check domain setup checklistWe alert you if a verified record changes.

From domain to working inbox in five clear checks.

Every record has a value, purpose, and live verification state, so setup never feels like guesswork.

  1. 1

    Create the workspace

A platform administrator adds the organization and its first owner.

  2. 2

    Prove domain ownership

Publish the unique verification record shown inside Synk Mail.

  3. 3

    Connect mail DNS

Copy the MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC values. Your website records stay unchanged.

  4. 4

    Create the first mailbox

Add users, assign roles, and choose the mailbox limit for each person.

  5. 5

    Test both directions

Send and receive a live message before the domain is considered ready.

DNS changes can take time to propagate. Synk keeps checking while you continue with the rest of setup.

Controls you can explain to your team.

Clear boundaries, visible states, and accountable actions matter more than vague security language.

Organization boundaries

Workspace access is scoped to the user's organization. Members are restricted to their own mailbox.

Understand admin access

Workspace owners and admins have organization-wide mail access under the current roles.

DNS-gated activation

A domain becomes active only after ownership and required mail records pass verification.

Strong credential handling

Strong passwords are enforced, and password resets end existing portal sessions.

Accountable platform trace

Content access through global platform trace records the reason, administrator, message, IP, and time.

Self-operated mail core

Synk operates Stalwart for SMTP, IMAP, and JMAP on infrastructure we control.

Questions teams ask before moving mail.

Direct answers about ownership, DNS, privacy, and the current pilot.

Can I add multiple domains under one login?

Yes. Workspace owners and admins can add and manage multiple domains within their own workspace using one login. Verify ownership and configure the required mail records for each domain. Members are restricted to their own mailbox; owners and admins have organization-wide mail access under the current roles. Adding a domain does not automatically link its addresses.

Does another domain multiply the planned price?

The proposed price is based on user mailboxes, not the number of connected domains or the administration login. For example, five user mailboxes across two verified domains are five mailboxes in the estimate. Domain limits and final commercial terms will be confirmed for launch.

What does Made in India mean?

Synk Mail is developed in India. Product origin is distinct from where servers, backups, or other processing are located. We do not advertise Indian data residency; confirm any required hosting or contractual conditions before adopting the service.

What does self-operated mean?

Synk operates its control plane and the open-source Stalwart mail core on infrastructure we manage. Your domain and DNS provider remain under your control.

Will connecting Synk affect our website?

It should not. Synk guides changes to mail routing and authentication records. Keep unrelated A, AAAA, and website CNAME records unchanged.

Which DNS providers work with Synk?

Any provider that lets you manage MX and TXT records should work. Synk supplies the host, value, priority, and current verification state for each record.

What happens if a domain disconnects?

Synk rechecks required DNS records, records the health change, notifies the workspace, and flags the domain for attention.

Can a platform administrator read every email?

Global mail trace exposes routing metadata. Accessing content through that platform trace requires a specific break-glass reason and is recorded. This is separate from workspace owners and admins, who have organization-wide mail access under the current roles.

Who can manage users and reset passwords?

Organization owners and admins manage workspace users. Password resets are restricted to organization owners and platform administrators, and the action ends existing portal sessions.

Can I buy a business plan today?

Synk Mail is currently a controlled pilot. The pricing page previews proposed launch rates of ₹59, ₹99, and ₹199 per mailbox per month with annual billing. Paid plans and their proposed 5 GB, 25 GB, and 50 GB storage tiers are not active; current pilot mailboxes are capped at 2 GiB each. An access request does not start a subscription, activate a trial, or charge you.
