An Indian product with an open-source foundation
Synk combines its own product experience and administration controls with the open-source Stalwart mail core. We describe that foundation openly because choosing a business email service should include understanding who operates it and how support access works.
Made in India describes the product's development origin. It should not be read as a guarantee that all infrastructure, backups, or processing are located in India.
Useful for a business with several identities
One owner may run several brands or trading names. Owners and admins can manage multiple verified domains within their own Synk workspace using one login. Under the current roles they also have organization-wide mail access; members are restricted to their own mailbox.
The aim is less time switching administration screens and more clarity about which domain needs attention. Domain limits and ownership boundaries should be confirmed during onboarding.
Judge the product on a real setup
Start with an agreed pilot scope. Check the domain setup, send and receive test messages, review roles with your team, and understand the limits before moving important work.
If your procurement process requires a particular hosting region, certification, retention rule, or service agreement, include that in your access request. We will confirm what is available rather than treating product origin as a substitute for those requirements.
