One business may have more than one domain
A consultancy might use one domain for its main business and another for a training brand. Synk lets the workspace's owners and admins add both under one login, verify each domain, and manage the relevant users and mailboxes.
Domains remain separate email identities. Adding a domain does not automatically create addresses for every employee. Members are restricted to their own mailbox; owners and admins currently have organization-wide mail access.
Start with the essentials
The current pilot includes custom-domain email, browser mail, user and role controls, guided DNS setup, and domain-health visibility. Your domain registration and website hosting can remain with their existing providers.
- Choose the first domain and the people who need mailboxes.
- Confirm access to that domain's DNS settings.
- Verify the domain and configure the records shown in Synk.
- Test incoming and outgoing mail before relying on the new setup.
Understand the current offer
Synk is a controlled pilot. Proposed launch pricing starts at ₹59 per mailbox per month with annual billing, but paid subscriptions and proposed larger storage tiers are not yet available. The estimate is based on user mailboxes; connecting another domain does not multiply it.
