Manage multiple business domains from one workspace.
Bring the domains you manage into one Synk Mail workspace. Owners and admins can oversee domain setup, users, and mail health without a separate administration login for every business domain.
A practical example
Suppose your company owns example.in and example.com. Add each domain to the same workspace, verify ownership separately, and complete the mail-record checks for each. Then create the mailboxes your team actually needs.
That gives an authorised administrator one place to manage both domains. It does not mean that sales@example.in and sales@example.com become the same inbox automatically.
How adding another domain works
Use the same workspace owner or admin account to add the next domain. Synk provides the domain-specific verification and mail records; copy the values shown for that exact domain.
- Confirm that the domain belongs in this workspace and that you are authorised to manage its DNS.
- Add the domain and publish its ownership verification record.
- Review the existing email service before changing MX or authentication records.
- Complete the required DNS checks and configure the intended mailboxes.
- Send and receive a test message using that domain, then review its health status.
Understand what each role can see
Members are restricted to their own mailbox. Workspace owners and admins have organization-wide mail access under the current roles. Adding a domain does not automatically link all addresses a person owns across different organisations.
Aliases, shared access, separate organisations, and billing limits are distinct requirements. Tell us which ones you need during onboarding so the workspace is designed around the right ownership boundaries. Give administration roles only to people who should have their wider mail access.
